Refund policy

The 30-Day Player Reset is a digital product. The download is available the moment your payment goes through, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete.

When we will help

• Charged twice by mistake. We refund the duplicate payment in full.
• The file will not download or open. We send you a working copy. If we cannot get it working for you, we refund you.
• You never received access. Use the My book page first; if that does not work, we fix it or refund you.

For any of these, write to support@footmaxstore.com with the email address you paid with. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show within 5–10 business days.

Your legal rights

Orders are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Stripe may issue a refund within 60 days of purchase where consumer law in your country requires it or where Stripe decides it is needed to resolve a payment problem. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
